The MNR event, slightly changed, with various visiting locomotives unable to attend, and, in my opinion, this made the event better. With both the home fleet and two visiting locomotives doing more runs.

DRS sent 37194, GBRF sent 66709, while from the home fleet NSE 47596, Stratford Blue 47579, Startord Blue Union Jack 47580, Large Logo Blue 50019, NSE 08631 and BR Blue 37003 all saw use at the event. While BR Blue 31235 and Civil Engineers 31530 were available for photography purposes.

The weather was fantastic. A sign of summer with some luck.

Photos taken at Dereham and surrounding areas are taken from public view points.

Due to 37003's failure, which was later resolved in the day, as I'm more a photographer and was pushed for time on this visit with other duties on the Saturday, the decision was made to photograph at Dereham only, a planned trip on the line ended up not occuring despite having a ticket. Never the less well worth attending.
