Another selection of America's freight locomotives out west in Las Vegas, mainly Union Pacific, with several older units making an appearance. Also photographed were many units off the other railroads, with CSX, Norfolk Southern, BNSF and Kansas City Southern. Thus all the 'big five' US operators made an appearance. Units borrowed back by UP in exchange for units lent out elsewhere. Also due to managing time well, the sheer volume of trains seen over two weeks in just to hours early each morning (bar one afternoon catch) really does go to show how much freight is moved. The weather, given the late winter time of year was fantastic, and with several areas in North Las Vegas, Downtown, and Arden Yard also visited, to allow for some different locations to get photos on this visit. Bring on 2019!...
