A bright day to see off visits to Barrow Hill in 2014. A good selection as well feature, 37057 as a 'ghost' running into the shed, now with a dark grey roof and part yellow ends, going BR Green clearly, 37422 outback in unbranded DRS, 37884 in Europhoenix, 37800 this time viewed from the graffittied side; 47847 in Large Logo, RT 47848, HNRail 20121 recently repainted, and RT Virgin 47769 making for a colourful scene.

Both Railfreight 20118 and 20132 could be found on shed as could BR Blue pair 20096 and 20107, along with HNRail 20311 and 20314. Intercity 89001 was outside. DRS was represented by 20302, 20301, 37510 and 37714 in variations of DRS livery while 37521 and 37503 while also DRS locomotives still carry EWS livery.

So a day of classic's class 37's, 47's and 20's being strong features and indeed showing what colour can be found on our railways. Roll on Barrow Hill visits in 2015...
