Freightliner's Basford Hall Yard on a busy afternoon. Certainly plenty of variety to be seen.

Highlights include Network Rail 97's, a Colas Railfreight 56, a DRS/TPE 68, 90047 freshly painted in Freightliner GW orange and more.

The 90's from Greater Anglia are now entering traffic and is evidenced on this visit the line of stored class 86's begins to grow, that said those under the wires were in traffic.

This was to be the last time I'd see Freightliner 86's active in Crewe, as all the Freightliner 86's are now in store.

Please note access to the yard is not open to enthusiasts however FL Charity yard tours *may* resume in the summer.
