A final visit for 2013; in December to the roundhouse.
37703, the other DRS 'super shunter' is now ready for collection and was viewed outside catching a little sunshine. The locomotive now carries the DRS 'super shunter' livery as applied to 37714. Two of the former Spanish 37's done for DRS, just 37716 and 37718 at Derby to be done, though mainline use for those two.
Also noted was 37669 in WCRC Maroon, this locomotive is receiving ETRMS.
Another visitor awaiting repairs is Loadhaul liveried 56098 adding another splash of colour.
Class 20 '82' used by Corus was on site.
Then the usual stable of class 86 traction in the form of 86213, 86701, 86702 and 84001 all outside, and DRS's 37510 along with 37521 and 37503, and Blue 50, 50008 was also parked by the former coal stage.
As always Barrow Hill's usual residents were also on site.
